When I speak of attitude, I am referring to how I present myself to clients, for example, and how I interact with colleagues and superiors. I am also referring to how I approach goal-oriented work, the pressure to perform, and those days when things go wrong. Not everyone has the same way of presenting themselves, performing, or behaving and acting in a work environment. And not everyone is equally aligned with the values and goals promoted by a potential employer.<\/p>\n\n
